Woodlands Wild Ale
Woodman's Wild Ale specialises in beers brewed with seasonal and wild plants, with a particular interest in the use of wild yeasts and bacteria in producing sour and farmhouse ales. We brew both historical and modern styles, taking inspiration from different countries brewing traditions and our surroundings in the beautiful countryside of Cornwall. Our beers are available in keg, cask and bottle and we also run foraging walks and brew days, as well as food and beer pairing events throughout the year.
