The 3rd in their Palindrome series of IPAs exploring small changes to the same recipe. This time around they’re fermenting with Brux Trois yeast which produces amazing flavours of pineapple, overripe fruit and funkiness. 4 different hops are used in the dry hop to bring lots of tropical fruit and citrus for a unique funky IPA experience.
