Orders can be collected for FREE from us between the times of:
Farsley Post Office, 49 Town Street, Farlsey, LS28 5HX or 3A Valley Road, Pudsey.
Once you have ordered and paid for your order online, we will be in touch to organise your collection. Alternatively, please text 07581020906, email email@example.com or dm us on social media to arrange collection.
We now use DPD NEXT DAY service to ship your beers. Please note, that as we are a small operation, we will endeavour to ship your order the next working day. Once your beers have been shipped you will receive an automated notification from DPD directly via either text/email with your tracking information, from there it's up to you to be at home/workplace to receive the beers.
A signature is required on delivery of all orders (unless you have agreed otherwise with DPD), the recipient must be aged 18 or over and we will not leave any orders in a safe place (unless arranged with DPD directly). You will receive an email to confirm receipt of your order once the payment has been processed. After this the updates will be automated from DPD themselves in regards to your parcel. Our courier will attempt delivery three times before returning an order to us, in this scenario we will charge a re-delivery fee at cost. We deliver Monday to Friday..
Shipping costs are per below:
- £8.95 DPD Next Day to most Inland destinations (some destinations are two days but we will let you know via email if this is the case, max 24 item box, this excludes Ireland, Channels Islands, Isle of Man and Scottish Highlands & Islands).
- All orders over £50 shipping is free (UK Inland, this excludes Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Scottish Highlands & Islands).
- Click & Collect service is also free.
- Northern Ireland (2 day service), Channel Islands (2 day service), Isle Of Man, Scottish Highlands & Islands (2-5 day service) £22.95 - Please get in touch to process any orders to these specific destinations
- Republic Of Ireland £17.95 (2 day service) - Please get in touch to process an order to ROI, and we will go through the process of how to do so
We ship to Europe through DPD Air Classic. The main countries are below, if your country is not listed, get in touch and we can give you a quote via email. To process an international order, please get in touch and we will explain how to do so.
We can also ship to most destinations worldwide via our international courier, ParcelForce. Just get in contact with us and we can work out delivery prices for you.
We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes or virtual addresses.
Most countries accept the total amount of alcoholic beverages equalling to 70% ABV max, but it is the duty of the customer to check alcohol deliveries are permissible in your country, and to pay any local customs charges or taxes if applicable. If you decide to reject the order due to a customs charge being applied, we reserve the right to deduct any shipping costs before processing a refund. Cost of the goods will be refunded when they are received back into our warehouse. More information regarding country restrictions can be found at www.parcelforce.com/customerinformation.
Beers shipped and received abroad are unable to be returned or replaced. In the rare situation that there might be an issue with the delivery of the beers, the cost will be refunded back. For parcels that are damaged, we can offer a refund only once DPD/Parcelforce has refunded us, this is usually only the cost price of the beers and some of the postage cost. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our utmost to resolve the issue speedily.
At Premier Hop, our packages are specially designed boxes and we want to get your beer safely and conveniently to your home or workplace. The couriers we use are DPD & Parcelforce. On the rare ocassion your parcel arrives damaged or bashed due to the drivers, please do get in touch and we will try our best to get this feedback to them. Unfortunately they are so reluctant when it comes to claims but the feedback nonetheless will be passed on. Please be assured your parcels leave our unit securely and packaged well.
Please note that glassware/glass bottles are not covered by insurance by any courier. We wrap them as securely as we can by adding extra bubblewrap to each item, but please be aware of this when purchasing.
